About the role:


We are looking for a General Practice Solicitor with at least 2 years PAE, with a background in Family Law & assisting small business owners. We'd like to invite you to join our team on a full-time basis. You will have support staff, and support from management.

This is an opportunity to apply your acquired knowledge and develop expertise in many facets of law. You will also have the opportunity to participate in business and client development strategies.

To Be Successful in this role, you will possess sound legal, and commercial acumen. You'll enjoy dealing with clients face to face, plus have the willingness to step up and manage complex matters, as well as:

  • Strong attention to detail and legal drafting skills

  • Experience working with small business clients

  • Have previously briefed counsel and experts

  • Experience appearing in court is a plus

  • Have solid Succession Law experience

  • Have a leaning towards family law

  • Be a confident communicator

  • Be able to record your time
